Users are solely responsible for obtaining any additional clearances required for their specific use case. nitimusic.pro accepts no liability for any copyright infringement arising from a user's unlicensed use of content.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to legal@nitimusic.pro with: your name and contact details; identification of the infringing content; your rights claim; and a statement of good faith. We will investigate all valid notices and respond within 14 business days.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The Platform's DJ download licence does not cover synchronisation rights, broadcast rights, streaming rights (outside the Platform itself), or any form of commercial distribution. You must independently obtain such rights if required for your use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nitimusic.pro and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; (c) damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; (d) damages caused by errors, interruptions, or defects in the Platform; (e) any third-party conduct or content.

Where applicable EU or national law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, such exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
